What are your shipping options?

We offer standard free shipping on all orders above €50. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout, depending on your location. You can also check our shipping policy.

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Netherlands & Belgium: Orders are typically delivered within 1 business day.
  • Rest of Europe: Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 11:59 PM (CET) will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following business day.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times will vary depending on the destination.

Do I have to pay customs and / or import charges?

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees associated with their order.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Once an order is processed, we cannot change the shipping address. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

How do I return an item?

To return an item, please visit our Returns page for instructions. You’ll need the order number and to follow the steps to send it back.

Is there a restocking fee for returns?

Yes, there is a 15% restocking fee for returns.

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Warranty

All of our products come with a 12-month quality guarantee from the date you receive your purchase. This guarantee covers any defects in the product itself and is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please note, the guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse. We are not responsible for any damage or loss during transit.
